Pork Ball Noodle @ Seksyen 17, P.J

After an exhausting jungle trekking for about 2 hours in Bukit Gasing. We went to Wah Cheong, SS17 to replenish our energy by having a bowl of nice pork noodle and a glass of "Cham ice". Located near the open car park. Opposite of the morning market.

You could see many people are ordering this.

I ordered "kon low"(dry) and trust me, it taste great. Just add a little soup if you feel that the minced meat is dry.

The soup is peppery and the pork balls are soft and nice.

Hing Long Taiwanese Noodle House @ Damansara Uptown

If you're thinking of going all the way to Malacca for the famous spicy beef noodle there, you need not travel so far for just a bowl of noodle. I haven't tried the one in Malacca(HQ) but many claimed that the taste is slightly different.

With air-conditioned restaurant, it'll be a big help if you're eating spicy beef noodle. For me, i sweat a lot whenever i'm eating spicy foods.

The taiwanese sausage is nothing special but i love to order it.

Chilled Tofu with Chicken Floss and Century Egg. The sauce(not mistaken is oyster sauce) is very salty.

The main purpose to this place. The Szechuan Style Spicy Beef Tendon Noodle(Soup). Most of the tendon are soft, there's 1-2 that is tough that requires you to chew more. Imagine the weather is so hot nowadays and my sweat kept dripping (into the soup maybe,oh my!)/ Kept asking for tissue and wipe my sweat off until i finish my meal.

Ordered an additional deep fried pork chop noodle, heard others that it's good. Decided to give it a try. The pork chop is nice, but the sauce is, herby smell. Which i did not really like it.

Tanjung Tualang Prawn House @ Kota Damansara

Jack and i wanted to find some new place for dinner, so we went to Kota Damansara. At first, i wanted to try Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa, due to some reason we did not try it. Walk around that area, we saw Prawn House and decided to give it a try. Located near Plaza Giza and beside Restoran Vichuda.

I did not know this place until i went back home and checked it out. Found out that Tanjung Tualang, Perak is famous for its fresh water prawn. Now you can dine in without going all the way to Perak! How convenient is it!

We ordered the set dinner which comes with beverage, main course and fruit for Rm8.90

Jack's Curry Chicken Rice. He said that the curry was very good but sadly he was given breast meat.

My Petai Nasi Goreng, aromatic but the amount of petai is little. I love petais!

The winner of the day is Tom Yam Soup! Although it is very spicy but we finished it, well, almost! Couldn't take it anymore as my fried rice ran out. It contains: chicken, prawn, carrot, celery, serai(lemon grass), parsley.

Will definitely come back for more! Will take the chance to try the Deep Fried Prawn.

Uncle Lim's @ Ikano Power Centre, P.J.

Have you tried Uncle Lim's in Ikano or Subang Parade? This cafe is a modern type kopitiam(e.g Old Town, Pappa Rich). I still prefer Uncle Lim's compared with others. Today, Yi came to find me for dinner, so i brought him to Ikano Power Centre.

Remember those old kopitiam where the senior citizens will read newspaper in the morning or have chats with their kaki while drinking their kopi?

If you love those traditional kopi, this is the right place for you.

I love their Roti Bakar(toast bread). The slice of bread are toasted under charcoal, yes, charcoal! Until it turns golden brown. You will notice the difference of taste between Charcoal toast and Electrical toast.

2 Slice per serving. They spread kaya on one side and butter the other side.

When i order roti bakar, i'll order the half boiled egg to dip.

The food is ruined a bit, as Yi was too hungry but i had to stop him. So that i can snap a photo of it. Nasi Lemak, all time Malaysian favourite(?) The chicken rendang was undoubtedly good. With the strong taste of santan rice. yum!

Uncle Lim's Laksa. A curry laksa? Not close to it. The gravy is thick with mackerel and spaghetti noodle.

Pork Noodle @ SS15, Subang Jaya

This Subang famous pork noodle used to locate at Restoran Qui Lin opposite of Carefour, but after the restaurant is being replaced by a new hotel. The pork noodle shop had to relocate to Restoran Pomander. Restoran Pomander is just located opposite of Restoran Foh Foh(behind Taylor's Business School).

This place used to be a place we go twice a week during my A-levels. They just love pork noodle! We can just wait for 20-30 minutes for a bowl of pork noodle soup. It's just worth waiting for!

If you like lard, you can get extra with no extra charges. I just can't resist it!

The best time to go is around 10-11a.m where you don't need to wait for a long time. If you go after 12, i can't guarantee your order will reach in 20 minutes. When i'm free, i might just sit there with a cup of 'Cham' and might wait for 1 hour. So be early to eat the best Pork Noodle in Subang!

Super Kitchen Chilly Pan Mee @ Kota Damansara

This restaurant was introduced by Jack in the beginning. He told me that i will love the pan mee there. And its a Yes! The pan mee is different from those that you can find in kopitiams.

The pan mee comes with soup (vege and pork balls). The dry chilly is to add into the pan mee for better taste. Jack preferred the chilly sauce which is a bit sourish.

The first time for me to see a half boiled egg inside a pan mee. How is it? Absolute delicious. I just came back to this place over and over again, recommending my friends to try it.

The branches available. Jack and I tried SS2's branch but we felt that this (kota damansara) has the better taste.

Pizza Uno @ Centrepoint, Bandar Utama

There's nothing like a creamy mushroom soup. I personally don't like mushrooms but this thing is excluded.

I simply just love their garlic bread, amount of garlic wasn't too little nor too much. very crunchy. Best to be eaten with a mushroom soup.

Vongole Spaghetti with light white wine sauce. They give generous amount of clams.

Spaghetti Napoli, nothing special about this, pretty common.

B. Wings @ Sri Hartamas

Went to B.Wings with Cryo and nic in Sri Hartamas. This shop is located opposite of Souled Out.
It was very small shop compared with other fast food restaurant! 3-4 tables in the shop only.
But this is what we went there for, to try the newly opened shop.

Like any fast food outlet, you ordered in the counter. There were no one there when we reach.

A total of 8 flavours for you to choose, but the persononly limits 3 flavours(per set). For us, he gave us 4 flavours, guess we're special eh? =D

We chose lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, bbq sauce, and honey mustard. Lemon pepper was the worst, tasted like dish washing soap(lemon), did not like the garlic parmesan, it tasted real weird. Other 2 flavours were ok.

The set comes with Potato Tots with some vege and blue cheese cream.

Fujita, chicken and potato tots

The blue cheese cream was something special, but nothing to shout about.

Guess we agreed that we wont be going there for the 2nd time.

Hakka Mee & Char siew @ Aman Suria

I believe many of you had came to this place or heard before this restaurant, Restoran Seremban in Aman Suria? So far the best hakka mee i can find in Selangor, a subtitute for going all the way to Seremban for hakka mee. Today before we watch Avatar, picked up michelle and we went to Aman Suria for char siew and hakka mee.

A bowl of Hakka Mee, the soup was too much though(like always)

Not only they have the best hakka mee(that i've eaten), they also have the best char siew i had eaten. But, the portion was rather little for rm5. Best to reach there at 11-12p.m for this!

If you go around 1-2p.m, most of the leftovers are fat parts. I'd always order "Bun pei shao" which means half fat thin.

This guy was on newspaper! I did not notice this until i saw blogs writing about him. Was shock when i saw what those blog wrote. He's the famous "MBA holder selling char siew"!
